This 1970s vintage wrap coat from Bill Tice is simply fabulous! It has a high ruffled collar and sleeves and is a true wrap coat. You tie it shut on the inside and the outside to create the perfect custom fit! The print is to die for! It's this fun orange leopard print base with bright pink and white and red flowers over the leopard print.
